Dance Theatre Raatikko produces high-quality theatre for young audiences. Raatikko has its own theatre in Vantaa, at the Tikkurila Silkkitehdas. Raatikko is also a touring theatre – we regularly set out on the road across Finland, bringing the magic of theatre to schools and kindergartens.
Raatikko’s productions are known for their open-minded combination of different art forms, resulting in energetic and approachable dance art on stage. For many children, a visit to Raatikko is their very first step into the world of art, and we want to make it an unforgettable and inspiring experience.

The True Prince
Pea Panic
Todellinen prinssi (The True Prince) is a clever update of H.C. Andersen’s The Princess and the Pea, in which the classic pea test takes on a wildly funny new form.

When everything gets out of hand, who do you call? Of course, Tiimi Vilkkuvalot!
Tiimi Vilkkuvalot is a surprising dance-theatre performance for the whole family. This nearly wordless performance is suitable for audiences of all languages.
